1.Ticket Use:
This electronic ticket grants entry to the event for a one-time use only. It is forbidden to copy or transfer the ticket or its unique barcode to third parties. Presentation of a ticket with a duplicated identifier will result in refusal of entry.
2. Late Entry Policy:
Once the performance begins, the doors to the hall will be closed, and late arrivals will not be allowed entry to avoid disrupting the show. If you arrive after the event has started, your ticket will not be refunded or exchanged.
3. Non-Refundable Tickets:
Purchased tickets are non-refundable and non-exchangeable, except in the event of show cancellation. Refunds (if applicable) will not include service or transaction fees.
4. Identification:
For ticket verification purposes, you may be required to show a valid photo ID matching the ticket holder’s name. Please carry your ID with you to the event.
5. Prohibited Items:
It is strictly forbidden to bring the following items into the venue:
– Weapons of any kind
– Fireworks or explosives
– Outside food or drinks
– Large bags or backpacks
– Dangerous or sharp objects
– Laser pointers
All restricted items will be confiscated at the entrance, and security reserves the right to conduct personal inspections.
6. Code of Conduct:
The organizers reserve the right to deny entry or remove any person displaying inappropriate behavior, under the influence of alcohol or drugs, or posing a disturbance to other attendees.
